Booking with Deo Volente.

These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made directly with Deo Volente Country Lodge. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms supplied with your booking confirmation.

Enquiries and confirmations

An enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed availability, provided the applicable booking details and received any required deposit or payment.

Rates, payments and cancellations

Rates, payment dates, cancellation terms and any inclusions will be confirmed in writing for your booking. Please review that confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if anything is unclear.

Your stay

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for treating the lodge, its grounds and other guests with care and respect. We may charge for loss or damage caused by a guest or visitor.

Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, guests use the lodge and its facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for loss, damage or injury except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
